CCMA web service failed to execute

hey guys,

I have a problem with a migration of cc6 to a new platform.
I did a co-res installation of ccms,ccma, lm, su and cct and when I want to login to the webpage, I get the well known ccma web service failed to execute error. CCMA su level is SU06 and SUS0601, SUS0602. I have to stay on this patchlevel, because I have to perform a database recovery from the old server. Updating the old server to the latest patches is not possible. I did all the post-installation steps, but the error remains.
