CCMA Historical report with french character not working

Hi

Just installed a CCMA server and having problem running some french custom Historical report. Did some testing and I am able to run the report if I remove the french characters from it. Is there a way I can change the Regional settings on the CCMA server so it supports all characters (English and French)?

FYI, we have the french SU so the part of having french menues is working fine. It's only running the reports that is giving me a problem
