CCMA 6.0 login - ERROR: Unknown! 2

So this is the second user in the last 6 months that we've seen with this error. When they bring up the CCMA website to login - where it normally says USer ID and Password - they see ERROR: Unknown.

Has anyone seen this before? I checked the Active X settings and all looks good...anything I need to change (on I.E.)? I've attached a screenshot if it helps.

Ensuring display settings are configured for Western European (ISO)
From CCMA Installation & Maintenance Gude (297-2183-926 Version 10.15 December 2007 Page 277)
For Internet Explorer to display properly, you must ensure that the display
settings for Internet Explorer are configured for Western European (ISO).
1 Open the Internet Explorer browser window.
2 In Internet Explorer, select View > Encoding.
Result: The Encoding selection menu appears.
3 Ensure that Western European (ISO) is selected.
4 Close all windows to complete the procedure.

your amazing bobwurl - her Encoding was set to Western Europe (Windows)...and when we changed it to Westtern Europe (ISO) - she is all good. THANKS SO MUCH!!
