In Tool-Control Centre
i am getting this error (Cisco CallManager - Error:109)
=====================================================

Previously All ip phones was registered and working fine in ccm4.1.2

I restarted the PC all in sudden all IP phones stopped working, on the screen its saying registering.

I checked in SERVICES CCM is automatically getting stop eventhough when i start the CCM service after few seconds CCM service is stopping.

Any suggestions what is the reason. I never had problem this before.

Thanks

well look in the SDL debug as to why it stops
just in case make sure its et to detailed level!

If the CCM Service is stopping on your CallManager, there must be an event logged in the Event Viewer. Can you copy and paste the exact error please?

TMH

It should tell you more than an Error code...I've had issues in the past with the CCM service randomly stopping, seen these errors before, that's why I asked if you could post it...

TMH

Also, have you made any recent changes to your CCM's? Did you install any third party software or other software?...

In a different post kam72 said he reformatted and rebuilt this CCM. It is built on a generic platform and he is trying to make a production system out of it. He will continue to have these types of issues. This one, however is a dead issue at this point.

Its not a dead issue, i am not trying to make a production system out of it.

"He will continue to have these types of issues"
My answer is if there is no issues no will come to the forums to discuss. If we get comments like you people may change the forum. Thanks PNDSCM

kam72, if you took offense at my comments, I apologize. I have replied to many of your posts to the best of my ability. From your posts I read into them that you were trying to turn up a production system, if I was wrong....
I don't think this forum will change due to my one comment that I still believe is basically correct. Non-approved hardware will still behave in a flaky manner based upon the hardware and it's quality. I have non-approved cheap hardware running CCM and it acts flaky at times. I have non-approved hardware that runs great.
If you don't want me to answer your posts honestly, so be it.

Please dont be upset. I learnt lots of things from you and other tek-tips members.

No need to oplogise.Have a good day

What is that ACEEventLog for...? And is DNS running on your CCM?

TMH

Dont know, As PNDSCm said i have formatted the pc. Is that any problem if dns is running on CCM?

Thanks
