Will be installing customer with CCM7.0 and virtual MCD and virtual nupoint vm. How do I configure RAD greetings with out embedded vm? Can CCM play it's own RAD on the IVR ports? manual talks about importing custom recordings but not how to use them in the que group in place of RAD recordings associated the the 3300.

CCM Virtual MCD RAD ports?

You can still use embedded vmail for rads if you want - just need 1 user mailbox license and the embedded vmail will be available OR ...
With IVR licensing and some ports , the CCM server can be used to play rad messages.
The ports can be shared amongst multiple queues and play as many messages as required
-for example we set multiple MCD hunt groups with the same IVR ports as members and then in the acd paths message 1 points at hunt group 1 , message 2 at hunt group 2 etc .
In the ivr you can set a check to say if the call arrived from hunt group 1 play wav file xx , if it arrived from hunt group 2 play wav file xxx etc
Once its licnesed for IVR the methods of call handling are endless.
you will need larger amounts of ram though when using CCM and IVR on the same server .
