ccm manager 5.8 historical reports all 0's displayed

Hi,

I've a ccm version 5.8 running.

When we generate a report from an earlier date than the actual day itself, all fields display 0.

I already looked into the sql database, knowing that for older versions a database bigger then 4 Gb raised some problems...

I looked on the Datadirectory and there's data over there. I used the SMDR inspector and also there the calls are displayed.

Any ideas?

We run a 3300 ICP with Prairie Fyre ... Sorry as they are different ...

Ive seen something similar before. If you go into the CCM management webpage and then into 'enterprise' there is a tick box for the ICP. If this isnt ticked reports will show blank.

Yoursite Database, Under maintenance, try running summerize data for the period you want the report.

thank you all. I used the summerize data and it worked fine.

HAd to summerize 3 months and it took an hour/month
