ccm fault

Hi all,

I've installed ccm 4.0 sp4 on a nt server.
IM,CM,realtime reporting and other features are working on the ccm 4.0 sp4 server pc. But when i start IM, i have this message "Event service connection failed" and realtime reporting (agent status, acd group status etc.) not working on the client pc, CM is working without problem on the client pc.

Have you any idea for this fault?

do you have programmed the ICU/NIU connection in the PBX for realtime monitoring?

IM,CM realtime reporting are working whitout problems on the server.

I have a problem on the client pc. cm working but im not working on the client pc.

Install sp4 on the client and the problem will go away.

only thing that I can think of is an IFOR problem. does the server has multiple LAN cards?

i have one lan card on server. I checked the licenses, and when I started the information manager, I could see than I used one license for information manager.
