CCM 6 and GRTD

We currently have Symposium 5.0 and use the old legacy GRTD displays on a large screen for the Call Center.
Does CCM 6 have this or a similar capability?

GRTD does not come on the CC6 DVD. Officialy GRTD is no longer a supported product. Although it is still better than the web display.

We moved to CC6 last year.

Yes to answer your question: CC6 includes this functionality through the CCMA web client.

The legacy GRTD application and the fat client are gone in CC6.

We used to use the legacy GRTD application on big screens in the Call Centre. I re-created them using the Graphical Real Time Displays in the CCMA web client.

The CCMA web client is much better for us than the old fat client. I'm sorry I never looked at the web client while we were still on Symposium 5.
