CCM 6.0 agent phones show wrong skillset

Agent phone shows the wrong skillset on some of the calls but not all of them...?

Are you sure you have skillset name configured for AGT Display?

Are you certain that the agent is NOT in the skillset displayed?? Good point about the AGT display, check the phone set properties.

Thank you both. When I attempted to VPN in and look at the configuration and now the CCMA webpage won't load so I can't do anything until I correct that. Getting "page cannot be displayed".......
