CCM 4 or DCTPP problem

Hi, System is BC10 CN143
Sometimes (2 times per week) While checking links on Md110 with ACFUP command i see that links are down... But in this case CCM services are up on the server and after restarting services of CCM4, ACFUP seems up, but in fact it doesn't work. CCM is not refreshing.

So i need to restart DCTPP unit and then should restart the CCM services. And everything goes fine.

What i want to know is, what is wrong with DCTPP, so that i need to restart it??Is it spesific problem in BC10 or something wrong with our system??

dctpp is a unit used for applink
if you load cni14, maybee it solves your problem.
in cni 144 there are patches who relate to this unit
