CCM 4 Installation Failed Windows 2003 Server

Hi,
I ask you please help on this problem during the installation of CCM 4.0 SP1 I found this warning:

"Services can not be started using the specified account and password."

after the screen asking to enter NT username and password be used to start Reporting Service.

Server is: Windows 2003 Enterprise sp2
Database is: MS SQL 2000 sp4
Active Directory user access to legacy systems compatible with Windows 2000.

What can I do?

I solved the problem was the permission setting of the domain controller.
