CCE 4.0 with SMS Gateway

Hi ALl,

i am not sure to post this question in this forum , but i belive some of you may be working on this solution ,

we have CCE 4.0 & SMS Gateway with 6 GSM SIM cards inside and CM 5 with AES , till now SMS Gateways used as separately, now we want to bring this under Contact Center with CCE ,

To Quing SMS to agnets what needs to be done , SMS GSM Gateway Just Pulg in to CCE or do we require any special hardware for this

i belive some body give me the direction on this
