need some help badly !!!!
i have just put in a new ipo 406 with 5410 and 5420 handsets running V3
we have ccc5 and vm pro on this system
the problem we have is the customer has a pc wallboard license and wants to put this on a plasma screen,however the options when setting up the pc wallboard does not show the individual agents ,but this shows in ccv and wallboard server/client.Why doesn't the pc wallboard populate the agents,as the other two do ????????
i have done pc wallboards on 2.1.27 and ccc4 and this is ok
why oh why have avaya gone wrong YET AGAIN !!!!
gimme an INDeX any time at least this product worked !!!!!!
