CCC V5 lan wallboard

i have connected a plasma screen to a pc running the LAN wallboard. how can you improve the display as it is only showing a small black box.Also the desktop remains the same with the icons wallpaper etc.

Are you using Standard or enhanced mode. If I remember corectly, if you login with the username you get standard wallboard as you are describing, if you login with the extension number you will get enhanced mode which will fill the entire screen and have the ability for you to configure many stats. Also you should read up on the -Plasma traget command which helps CCC V5 with the fact that you do not require a agent to be logged in to get the PC wall board active.
