CCC user limit question

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can tell how many CCC agent licenses are in use.

How does IP Office Manager decide who to allocate one of these licenses too? The reason I ask is that we're close to the 75 user limit but I think some users don't need to use a license as all they need is a phone with a DDI and nothing else. Not sure how to configure this though.

Any info appreciated.

Is that under licenses where it says Agents? I thought that was referring to Phone Manager licenses but I've just realised that I was wrong as I've just checked the phone manager licenses from the help\about screen and those figures are different.

Any info on the 2nd part of the question? How to have a user that doesn't use an agent license?

But then it will not show on CCC and reports !

I have 80 licenses in total and 38 available. What happens when more than 75 are in use? I guess those extra 5 licenses are worthless?
 
Thanks tlpeter, the agents I want to remove this from aren't in any hunt groups so don't need to be on any reports anyway.
