CCC to CCR upgrade

I'm having trouble after upgrading the CCC to CCR. The client has a license for 20 agents Callcenter CCC but the customer states that included more than 20 simultaneous agents in Callcenter CCC. After the upgrade is only possible to register the 20 agents. Anyone know if the information to inform the client that correct? It is possible to register greater number of agents in the CCC system than available licenses?
 
Yes i think you could do that with CCC but i am not sure.

it is possible to have more AGents on the system than the licenced but you cannot have more than 20 Agents Logged in at any given moment. if your customer require more agents to login then get them more agent licences

In CCR so I know it is possible to record simultaneous only the amount of licenses available. My doubt is whether the CCC could actually accomplish the client login of over 20 agents simuntaneos. I do not know enough about the CCC.
 
CCC wont stop agents logging into the phone system when you bust the amount of agent licenses, CCR will. When he logged in more agents then he had it wouldn't report on those anymore. His realtime would have gaps and his reports could be wrong.

He needs more agent seats. End of story. He was trying to cheat the system before!!
