I'm having trouble after upgrading the CCC to CCR. The client has a license for 20 agents Callcenter CCC but the customer states that included more than 20 simultaneous agents in Callcenter CCC. After the upgrade is only possible to register the 20 agents. Anyone know if the information to inform the client that correct? It is possible to register greater number of agents in the CCC system than available licenses?
