i have a CCC 4 in a call center
at 4 different incoming calls correspond 4 hunt groups composed by the same 25 users
is possible to make the call in coming duration regulate in 4 different times?
no,i was tryn to regulte the duration of call incoming .
in 4 different groups ,withh the same 25 users ,calls come and must end in 8 minutes in one group,12 oìin another one ,and so on.
it's a call center.
