In need of some help (again) with yet another odd query ...
One of our contact centres is running CCC 5.0.39 with CCV 5.0.24
CCV is set to reset all statistics at 1am, this works perfectly on the PC wallboards, all the stats reset such as answered calls, abandoned calls etc.
One stat however isn't resetting, this stat is the longest wait time. Its a useful statistic but one we cant use at the moment as its not accurate.
Any ideas how to make sure this statistic resets along with the rest?
