CCC Services wont install

I installed Delta Server 4.0.29, but I dont see the CCC Delta Server in the services. Also when I open the program Delta Server, it opens an application and doesnt open up in Internet Explorer like the install document says it would. Any help? What might I be doing wrong? I installed it on the same PC running Manager and VM Pro.

5.0 is the one that uses Internet Explorer.

You are using an older version of CCC.
