CCC Reports are Blank.

I have a customer who is reporting that he is getting emailed reports from CCC but they are blank. the following is what i have checked so far:

Licensing is good.
Delta server is up.
CCV is reporting realtime data.

When trying to run a reports manually, I cannot chose a DID for eample to report on. It's not there.

The reports have been working up until 3 days ago and have been for quite some time. What would cause them to stop reporting the historical data?

The archiver is the link to the database, as gknight1 has said is it connected and can you see any values increasing Metrics / Calls ???

Have you run the reports from before 3 days ago do you get any values
 
Thanks or the reply. The following is what fixed the issue.

Yes the Archiver was connected. How i am not sure. The customer went through a domain migration. In the Archiver portion the Delta Server, we still had the old domain in the Database Server field. Once we changed it to "localhost", the reports started to work again.

There were no increasing valuse for metrics or events, however even before the change the arciver was still showing "connected".



We did run the report for the days prior and we were able to pull historical data from the days prior to the failure.
 
I have seen it, even with a typo in the datbase server field, the server showing connected. yet no data is being collected ??

I always doulbe check the metrics and calls are increasing to make sure it is writing to the database
