Dear All,

I have a problem in Agent group tabular summary all calls. The agent is loged in to the system at 8 am in the morning
and the second loged in at 9:15 am and both agents were logged off for 40 mins. When we took the historical report the logged off time of the second agent is showing as 1 hour 55 mints.

Kindly assist.
 
Which version of CCC and IPO software are you using. have had false status/figures shown before and its been a bug
 
I have also had some screwy data in my CCC, I'm hoping the CCR will be an improvement.
 
That is because of Delta Server
CCR doe snot use Delta Server so that makes it hopefully much better

One thing we did that really helped was separate the delta server and CCR's data stream onto a different physical network. Since there's quite a bit of UDP traffic, if it gets lost there can be a problem. Also, check to make sure that if you have an IP401/403/406/412 that the port on your switch is forced to 100 half duplex. We then used a voicemail pro server with two NICs, one on the regular LAN, one on this "private" LAN (the 412 and 500 have two LAN ports so this is possible) and a CCC server with two NICs, again one on the LAN and one on the private LAN. Once we got all the delta server traffic on the physical LAN that only had the VMailPro and CCC servers on it, the problem went away.
