CCC reporting

Hi all,
I have a problem with my CCC Reporting. Even if my license in manager is avalaible, when i lunch CCC Reporting i get a first page then this message "No available license could be found at this time.". I can't find where i have problem, please help me.

restart the delta service and ccc reporting service. make sure you are logged into user access as supervisor

There is a tech tip for this. You may have to create a batch file and have it run. We have had this for many sites and the file fixes it.

If you go to
marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase and look for your release system and then go under tech-tips or tech bullitens you will see it. I think it is in the 80's
