CCC Reporting: Outgoing Call Tracking

While I can do this individually by agent activity, we are looking to report on all outgoing calls made during the day with who they were made by. Is this something that I can do already in CCC reporting or am I going to have to break down and buy the Crystal Reports software.

You can use the Delta Server to generate reports for any types of calls. If you use CCC it should be installed on your CCC computer.
 
The Delta server can report call data to a .CSV file without any licensing for call accounting. It creates a new file each day at midnight, and renames the new file with the new date as the file name. You can open it with excel, and manipulate it like any spreadsheet, if you know how to use excel from microsoft.
It will write the file to the Delta server itself, you can monitor or retrieve it from there. It has some other options as well, but I have not used them.

You do not always get what you pay for, but you never get what you do not pay for.
