CCC Reporting - Hangs on "Formatting report for display" 1

Hi all,

installed CCC (5.0.56) with IPO500 running 4.1.15 (and latest Delta Server). Reporter works fine, can select report, select criteria, then says "running report" then hangs on "formatting report for display". At the same time the CCC Reporting service stops!!! All by itself!

Any clues?

Sounds like DEP(Data Execution Prevention) to me.

Is it Server 2003?

If it is right click my computer -> Properties. Advanced tab, performance settings button, then Data Execution Prevention tab

Then add Reporter.exe and deltaserver.eve to the exceptions list.

Hopefully that should sort it out.
