Hi

If I select to run a report over a date range, I get a script error when trying to select any date that isn't in the current month.

I'm using CCC 5.0.31 (and all components in that release) and IE7.

Anyone else getting issue?

Thanks

Kev

Hi

Sorry the error appears if I select anything other that the current day not month.

Dont use IE7, it isnt supported and known to cuase issues.

Also, is this 2003 R2 by any chance?

Again not supported and we have had issues with this platform. Support for 2003R2 is introduced in September.

I have had two sites with this exact issue, the first one had default his internet security settings and that seemed to do the trick.

The other we had to wipe the machine and put the operating system back on and then all was ok again.

I have found 2003R2 to be problematic.

Thanks PlatinumGuy.

Actually when I first installed CCC the server was running 2003R1 and I had all kinds of problems so it's currently running on 2000 Service Pack 4.

I'll try the security settings though...

I am pretty sure this is something to do with IIS, when you get bthe script error it points to like param values or something like that doesnt it?

That is pointing to something in IIS if you have a look in there.

Also downgrade IE to 6 not 7.

Hey PG or anyone else..

using 5.043 CCC and getting same error. is this still to do with IE7?

Thanks

This issue has been raised on AVAYA and is related to IE7 as above. Currently it is not fixed in 5.0.53 (Trial) but will be addressed in the next release.

For now you need to use IE6 if you wish not to have the error.

I use Vista ans IE7 without a problem with the dates.

While saying that i might as well ask a question.
Regarding CCC Report designer.
I have to make a report for a call center were they can report on a particular DDI number if these calls were transferred external and which number the calls were transferred to.
With the parameter "Interflow To" i can select all calls transferred to a external destination but were can i find the parameter to see the dialled number?
