CCC reporter not publishing custom reports

All,

CCC 5.0.25. IPO 3.1.65.

Our CCC reporter is working fine apart from one issue. If I try and publish a custom report it says it's published it fine but then it's not on the list. I can view and use the report through preview so I would think there isn't a fault with the report? I've done it before without a problem and I don't know what's started it happening. We don't have a report creation license but should still be able to use 3 reports?

I've tried rebooting the server and restarting the CCC reporter service with no success.

What is the name of your report?
Try it only with standard letters and without blanks.
Maybe it helps.

Check out Tech Bulletins for issues that have been fixed since 5.0.25, there have been at least 2 public updates since that release.
