CCC Reporter Hanging 1

Howdy IPO Experts,

All of the sudden I'm having a problem with CCC Reporter on different clients. Clicking the selector button [>>] when trying to run a report doesn't do anything sometimes, or sometime returns an error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', and other times after a long wait finally brings up the parameters to select.

I've got:
CCC v5.0.18
IIS v6.0
Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP1

I think it may be timing out as the server cpu is pegged at 100%. And the w3wp.exe process that runs the application pool that CCC is in is at 99% of the CPU.

Ok, I think I've finally found the problem. I didn't realize it but the upgrade of another web application on the same server also installed/upgraded the .Net framework to 2.0. Somehow the CCC Reporting properties were set to use the new framework. I changed the ASP.NET properties to version 1.1 and now it appears to be working fine.
