Dear everyone,

I have one question i would like to view all the incoming call number answered by my night IVR in CCC Reporter. Now i have to get this numbers from Deltaserver/CMDR .txt files ...Does anyone know how to found this caller number in any of CCC reports.

you dont in the standard reports but you can use 3 custom reports in ccc. build your own using crystal
