Hi Everyone

I need to do some analysis on outgoing calls made by a group of agents and for the report to display agent, time and date, CLI called, duration and whether it connected or busy etc...

Anyone got one of these?

I just thought I'd save myself the effort before writing one :)-

Thanks

Kev

I've been using a new reporting program, specificially to do reports from IP Office.

It's called Chronicall, by Xima Software. I like it, it has some good features, including a list of every single incoming and outgoing call, you can customize a report fairly easily, runs thru a browser, so other people can run their reports.

Chronicall is a call history and reporting suite for the Avaya IP Office. It differs from other reporting packages in three important ways. First, Chronicall uses it's own database and requires no CTI or Delta Server license. Second, Chronicall's focus is cradle to grave reporting which provides much greater detail than CDR (call detail record). Third, Chronicall is a thin-client application with no silly licensing restrictions. One site license allows you to report on ALL of your agents and groups and provides unlimited user and administrative accounts.

Anyone else under the impression Bill211 is on the Xima payroll? :)
