does anyone know where i can get a map out of the CCC or delta server database schema for CCC on an IPO R4.2 ?

Is it just the datadump i see in DELTA SERVER when viewed in a excel spreadsheet?

I tried the knowledge database but couldnt find the answer but dont think i am asking the correct question

Not happening. Avaya will not release it. You have to run reports using the CCC Reporter.

If you want to access the Contact Centre DB directly, upgrade to CCR.

But remember that CCR is not a CCC replacement.... Not as robust.

Are you serious ?

I have seen much more strange issues with CCC then with CCR and then i do talk about the latest CCC versions.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

Indeed - CCC was years in the making and still nasty at times.

Since its a relic from the Alchemy days, and the CCC team were all sacked, there is no longer any support for it.

CCR is basically starting the call centre product all over again.... but, its not that bad, but its also not all that good yet.

CCC was/is INDeX CCM. Not sure it was ever on the Alchemy.

Either way, don't think many of the INDeX team are left either!!!

The more I play with CCR, the more I like it!!!
