Hi All

Minor problem but always like to have everything in working order (!)

On my version of CCC (5.0.43) the Preset Report history shows the same message for all Preset Reports. There's about 35 and they've been running for about a year and the message is "no history information exists"

What's that all about then?

Thanks

I would assume that either you have the parameters set incorrectly (e.g. you used "Today" and are running the report at 12:00 being the beginning of "Today" and thus there is no data).

Or perhaps you don't have the Archiver started (if you can run on-the-fly reports this isn't the issue).

Hi kholliday

Thanks for the response.

Archiver works fine - any report works as it should do.
All of the Preset reports are scheduled to run at 11:00pm for the date variable of "Today".

These reports run correctly and display the correct info just no history info.

I've no idea??

Is anyone aware of any extra tick boxes etc... to turn this on etc...

what is the name of the report you are attempting to run? Can you run that same report as an ad-hoc report?

Hi Kyle

I use 6 different reports that all work exactly as they are supposed to. They display the right information either as a scheduled report or as an ad hoc report.

I've just noticed that all of these reports are Custom Designed reports.

I've just run a test report from the standard reports and worked fine and reported the history.

I guess it's a problem with custom reports.

The funny thing is that some of my custom reports ARE standard reports with things like the logo changed...

Well at least you solved your mystery. Now you can hit the bar/pub.
