CCC Delta server not coming up

recently installed the CCC V5 on a (wireless) laptop with IPO 3.0(44).
When I started CCC internet explorer popped up and in the address field it said

http://localhost:8080.

And it couldn't find CCC. Any suggections?

check if the deltaserver service has started
check network settings for internet access ( proxy? )

Do you have popup screen?
Check validation of licence.
First start key server and deltaserver, after that restart ipo. Becouse if ipo can validet licence CCC will not start.

you need to be more clear on what apps you are using, port 8080 is delta server, ensure ds service is running and comms are restored and archiver is receiving data. is cccreporting service running if so there are numerous OS and security issues u may have to work thru
