CCC Custom Reports Question

Will I have to use crystal reports version 9 only?So will it be possible to use crystal reports version 11 or like that?Also can anybody tell me how will I implement it?Because when I try to do it step by step waht was written at the documentation ? couldnt implement them.I can see the custom reports that I did but no data in it.Simply I try to report agent names and DNs but no data at my report.Please help me.If it is possible please tell me step by step for custom reports.

CCC V5 uses version 9 and above all versions... what issue are you having, as long as 4 digit extnss and in a group which is a group type group all should be fine

I use Crystal Version 11 to edit my reports no problem.
Would advise modifying an existing report rather than trying to create one from scrastch to start with.
Avaya have done some funny stuff coverting from BO to Crystal.
Would probably modify an Agent group report for what you want, then report on the Highest numbered group with all agents in it.
