Hi Guys,

We have a customer with an IP500 (4.2-20) running CCC. When the CCV tries to access the 'CCC Reporting' tool they recieve the following error message:

"The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server."

However the CCV works correctly, with no issues whatsoever.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know of a resolve, i am considering a possible re-install.

Many Thanks.

Have you tried to restart the services - I have seen this problem - but I think my resolve was to restart the server and client computers.

Yeah, have carried out 'Service' restarts in addition to a Server / Client restart, issue persists.

Although i have read that this issue is most likely being caused by '.net'.

I am recommending a complete remove / reinstall of:

IIS > .Net > CCC as there does'nt seem to be a definative answer from AVAYA other than "try a reinstall".

Was IIS and .net installed prior to installing CCC??

What version of .net is running the Reporting web site?

Thanks guys,

But just so you know, i have disabled 'Data Execution Prevention (DEP), this has resolved the issue, no re-install was neccessary.

Thanks Guys.

That would be reading the install steps in the manual before double clicking on Setup.exe!!!!!!!
