CCC Agents not displaying

Has anyone struck a problem where agents do not appear in CCC Group List, Real Time display. Usually just one member from the group, not always the same member in different groups.
Licensing is correct, you can see the agents in the Delta Server Groups, showing Blue (Valid license) etc. but do not appear in CCC. Coincedentally, when using Phone manager in agent mode, the Wrap button may appear greyed out ("stuck") on these memebers.
Both problems are intermittant.
This on 3.2.53, CCC5.0.33, two different systems.
Have Seen DND exceptions and a very earlier Delta server cause similar problems.

If the agent is a member of multiple groups, and they disable themselves from a particular group, they will dissapear from that groups Real Time Display. They will still be shown in the other groups Real Time Displays.

just discovered this myself. Guess its "Design Intent" by Avaya, but can see some logic to it.
