ccapp - Hard Error

I've got Symantec 10.0...Corporate and Windows XP Pro.
Whenever I do a chkdsk at bootup...when I finally get into Windows, when everything is loading, I get a little dialog with the error "ccapp.exe" and "Hard Error".
From what I've found...ccApp.exe is a Symantec program. Can someone tell me if there is a quick fix for this...or what is happening....or the next best Virus Protection software...God...I'm sick of Symantec.

ccApp.exe is part of the Symantec Corp. Edition.

Yes, there is a fix. You will need to get the 10.1 Edition. You actually need to call them for it (can you believe that???) and they will send you a link with a one day password.

We did this and it worked great!
