CCA Personal Directory error message

an ACD agent recieves the following error message when logging into CCA:
"An error occurred loading Personal Directory Database - Personal Directory will be disabled"
- please advise where to locate to the MDB file to replace corrupt one.
 
great thanks, how do i now locate the agents mdb file so i can overwrite the corrupt file?
 
Hi,

Open up CCM/CCA Configuration Manager and browse the users; find the user in question and you should see which .mdb file it's using e.g. 0000XXX.mdb

I usually rename it to 0000XXXmdb.old and copy the default one then rename it to the same file name (0000XXX.mdb), make sure this is done with that particular user logged out of CCA/CCM - usually fixes the fault :)
