CC7 Historical Reports on Client w/Windows 7

Hello all....

We have CC7 CCMS/CCMA in production. Our IT group is rolling out new windows 7 w/IE 11 desktops and it has been brought to our attention that end users can no longer generate historical reports. All other aspects of CCMA\Webadmin usage seems to be working okay to this point. I am starting to come to the conclusion that this is more of a Business Objects/Crystal Report compatibility issue with Windows 7.

Actually the OS is in fact Windows 7, however the IE level is 8.
 
Likely I.E. not setup to specifications in the Commissioning guide.
 
Ask your COntact Center provider for the active x controls .exe (normally in the patches folder) to run on the desktop and also make sure your using the host name of CCMA, make sure you have the CCMA hostname in trusted sites.

Maybe try compatibility mode also,
