CC6 Real Time Display problem

Hi,

We have a CC6 installation and Real Time display is working for the PCs on LAN through unicast.

But we have some agents sitting offshore and the realtime display is not working for them.

We tried opening the ports for CCMA web access across the firewall.They can get the ccma login page and Realt Time option and historci reporting is also working.But Launching the real time report does not display anything.

Anyone has similar setup or suggestions please?

Its probably a "Multicast time to live* open your Multicast Address andPort Configuration and increase the number in the "Multicast time to live* box. CCM has the inherited issue of not like like time delays has been there since Symposium release 1

We can not open multicast across the firewalls.Will it work on unicast?In the LAN its working on unicast.

The only way that you can make this work using Unicast is to have all teh clients on the the same subnet. I guess from your post that there is a router involved between the two sites, and hence the only way to get this working would be to allow the multicast traffic through the firewall.
