CC6 Integration with Digital Signage

Hello all,
I am looking to integrate an already existing CC6 solution with digital signage. The platform we are looking at can take data in a lot of different ways, including RSS, XML, CSV, plain text, or even scraping HTML. We are looking to display basic call center stats. Can anyone offer some insight on how this might be done and if it's possible?

They are a member of the Avaya devconnect program. Which digial signage company are you using?

Thanks for the response. The plan was to do this with an XML digital signage system, which can accomodate all of the forementioned means for capturing data. Do you have any knowledge as to how the Symon solution was grabbing the data, or perhaps how the Nortel API is accessed? Thank you!

We used SYMON formerly, now we use AlphaAmerican. Both of these applications reside on a PC platform and pretty much keep their inner workings to themselves.
