CC6 - few agents missing in historical reports

Agents are defined in CC under supervisor/ skillset - processing calls. Shows up in realtime reports

I'm trying to run agent performance and agent li/lo report

Historical Reports-> Agent Performance-> selection criteria
I cannot find the agent in the list or search

The agent showsup in agent performance by skillset or supervisor report

Is this a known issue and a patch is avbl?
Please point me in the right direction - thanks

 
Recently you made a change to the agents of the symposium? as the login id? Casula if you did have to restart the symposium
