CC Mail to Exchange

Hey all,
I have a network of about 50 users, on NT 4.0, and they are
all using CCMail. But because MD's like to cause hassle they
want to use ME Exchange instead of CC. So Saying I install
Exchange on the server, is it easy to get all the old mails
accross to exchange??? Considering I am getting every one
to do a 'spring clean' and delete old crap mails to minimise
the size...is it possible to do this?????
I will be able to set them up to the point where they can
send and recieve mails through Exchange, its just the process
for importing the mails from CC Mail...
can anyone give me a brief description on how to do this??
