cc Mail post office locked...

When away, someone looking after the post office tried to get in the PO admin application by guessing the password, thus locking me out. Is there a file I could delete or a masterkey, user/password that will let me in?

Can users log in? Are they using the system? If not, see if you can rename the NFTCHECK file in the ccdata directory. That may work, but not sure of it.

The other users are exchanging mail as if nothing is wrong. But when I try to access my mailbox or the POadmin, I get the message "user mailbox is locked out - contact PO administrator" But I am the PO administrator!

Is there a genric POadmin username and password that would get me in and unlock my box?

Not to my knowledge. Have you tried to create a new user and make that person the PO admin? It worked here for me, although my admin account is not locked.
