ACM 6.0.1 w/ Call Center 6.0
My sales rep tells me we have Call Center Elite, although when I display system-parameters, EAS is not enabled. She says I can enable it via a web browser. Really? Is that possible? I thought only Avaya and their Business Partners could change the features in system-parameters customer-options.
