Is there ever going to be a CBC replacement? I know it wasn't the best product, but it was cheap and did have some merit behind it.

Ok, ok...not much. But I have a specific customer who is super cheap and all they really want is abandoned calls. They already have it at one of their locations and want it for the others.
When it is out use CCR

If their cheap, why dont they use the smdr logs and a database and build their own stats and alarms?
