CBC problem

We have problem with reports(charts) on the CBC. According manual there should be reports based on variable "Available Agents" for whole system and for selected hunt groups too. But for selected hunt groups it doesn't work. Reports for hunt groups based on variables Presented, Answered,Lost and Outgoing work correctly, but the others not. Specially report of available agents in particular hunt group shows always zero.What can be wrong?
 
Are you sure you have your agents setup as agents? That is, forced login and passwords both set in the telephony tab?

Yes, agents are setup as agents. Problem is that above mentioned report(chart) is working only for whole system but for particular hunt group is not showing anything(always zero).
 
Try setting up a chart to report on available agents for whatever hunt group has the highest extension number of all the huntgroups programmed in your IPO

Thanks for tip but no change. Maybe this helps - our system is IPO 403 v.2.1.24, DS v.4.0.35 and CBC v.2.1.21 .
 
all the latest and greatest, except there is a CBC 2.1.24 now but that shouldn't make a big diff.

To be honest I haven't played a huge amount with CBC, can't recall if I've tried that particular metric with it (with CCC to be sure, but maybe not CBC). Does anyone else have this working for them?

Where are you located, fk03? If outside North America you should not be using 2.1

I'm in Slovakia (Slovak republic). I've tested it with locale enu too.Why we shouldn't use 2.1?
 
I've just installed CBC for the first time, latest software of all (well CBC 2.1.21 - not 24 as Morrack suggests is the latest).

I've selected my groups - and the individul graphs in the 4 panes seem to be fine. However, I only have 1 phone logged into the whole system - however, the bottom pane where it says Available Lines/Agents etc - the whole time it says there is at least 1 Agent Available, which I don't understand! I take out every phone, but it still says there is 1. I log 1 phone into a group and it changes the value to 2. Where is this missing 1 Agent coming from!!

Maybe I'm just doing something wrong...it is just in my test lab!

A reboot of the whole system fixed the available agents problem - changing a user to forced login seems to need a reboot. That is all sorted.

For a particular Hunt Group - available agents seems to be stuck on 0 the whole time. I have my agent logged into a hunt group - and ready to receive calls, but the individual report says there are no agents available.

A system wide report - shows the 1 agent is available.

Bug or me doing something wrong?? Calls presented, ansewered, lost and outgoing works fine - it's just this damn available agent, which is possibly the most important data!
