CAUSE:INCOMING CALL BARRED 1

Any thoughts for this problem?

I configured TIE trunks betweet Option 11 Cs named Op11A and Op11B.
When I make calls from Op11A to Op11B then I received messages as below:

DCH 13 OMSG SETUP REF 0000001E CH 3 30 TOD 18:58:56
PROGRESS: ORIG ADDR IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:8800 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE/UNKNOWN (UNKNOWN)
CALLED #:5204603 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE/RESERVED (LOC)

DCH 13 IMSG REL COMP REF 0000001E CH 3 30 TOD 18:58:56
CAUSE :INCOMING CALL BARRED

Do you have an extension 5204603? Or is it 4603?

Check what you are dialing out and what you are accepting.
