I have a trouble where I am dropping calls only from off-site and exactly 3 minutes after the setup message. I have an Option 81c/3.0 and am connected to a GTD5. Below are a couple examples. Is this a telco trouble or could it be a timer on my side?

You said these are tandem calls? The clid should be going out as NATL and be 10 digits. Would need to see rli for cdp or location code. Check rdb on both system for TIMR TFD (timed force disconnect). This should be 0. The Release command is coming from the CO so look at CLID first. Calls placed from local site work correctly?

They are inbound calls from the CO. I don't see a TFD field in the RDB under the timers.
