Hi,

I have a customer with an MD110 and we're utilising the CDR output for call tagging on call recording.

I've worked out most of the fields (with the help of a post on the forum I found through search) but there is a field that uses letters and I'm not sure exactly what it denotes. I'm presuming it's some kind of call categorisation but I don't know what the letters actually refer to.

If anyone can assist, I'd appreciate it as it seems to be virtually impossible to get documentation on this system.

Thanks,

Terri

kkong, you're a legend - many thanks for this, it's going to make my life a *lot* easier! :)

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots. And I'm one of the idiots......

There is a whole lot more explanation of how these are made up (and more combinations of codes exist than I have posted).

You would need to get hold of ALEX and the documentation libraries for the details. They can be obtained from your local Aastra dealer.
