Catalyst 3550 Inter-VLAN Routing

I think all you need to do is set up all the vlans on your 3550-24 and then use the IP ROUTING command. Make sure you go into VLAN DATABASE and name your VLANs or chances are you won't get the VLANs in the UP/UP State. Do you SHOW IP ROUTE and you should get a connected for each VLAN Network.
I don't think IP ROUTING is turned on by default since the design of the 3550 was to phase out 3512/24/48's and add L3 support.
You can also enable fallback bridging for non-IP protocols.
The IOS on the 3550's is very buggy. On my first install I managed to Crash IOS fully when doing things like subinterfaces on routed ports and things.
